IM PURCHASING A HOUSE FROM THEM IN RUDOLPH OHIO. THEY WERE VERY QUICK WITH THE PROCESS AND WAS VERY HELPFUL THROUGH THE WHOLE PROCESS. THEY ALSO HAVE VERY COMPETITIVE FINANCING FOR THEIR HOMES. I WOULD HIGHLY RECCOMEND THEM FOR ANY HOUSING NEEDS.
Downtown Perrysburg Rental 11/2018 - 2/2021. I had a great experience with Independent Investments Inc (Gregg, Jeff & Kathy). I only had a couple of problems in the 2+ years I lived there, but they were fixed immediately. I would definitely rent with them again in the future.
