I get my insurance here because I have many choices with this independent agent
Had insurance through this office 2007-2022; first several years with Citizens then unexplainedly shift to Safe Harbour. After the passage of the Ian Hurricane Independent Staff went missing, subsequently Safe Harbour assessed the damage to a 20002 double wide unit that was wiped out in the 155 mph hurricane, total damage assessed as $710.00. Although I Have previously recommended this office to many residents of Indian Creek Resort. I would now say stay clear do not deal with this agency….truly fair weather agents !
Apparently useless. Won't answer the phone. Infinitely repeating recording saying they "can't advance a claim" and no opportunity to leave a message. And my antivirus won't let me go to their web site because it's not safe.
