They've put my insurance up £100 on an 18 year old Fiesta. Ridiculous amount on such and old car.
I initially made an online query through iib's website on 05/06/25, eventually contacted by email on 11/06/25. Endless emails back and forth over 8 days (questions that could have simply been asked in the first !). Questions answered by 18/06/25... an email to say my new business enquiry was being sent to the personal department, and here we are on 26/06/25, not a thing ! 21 days and not even a quote. Waste of Time !
Doing business with this company has reminded me of a time when people had respect for each other. I am extremely satisfied and HIGHLY recommend it. Thank you to all the staff.
