Had a great first experience with Johnathan. He came and made a very good impression, diagnosed a few issues and left. I was so sure I’d use him for the repair that I paid him extra for the diagnosis because I knew it would count towards the repairs. He took about a week to get me a quote after and then when I accepted the quote I never heard from Him again. 3 weeks later and still no word. I never write reviews but was compelled to do so. The last thing I wanted to do was to take my Accord to a Honda dealership, where I would be taken to the cleaners, yet, I struggled to find a skilled and reasonable Honda mechanic. Luckily I found Jonathan, at Independent Honda Repairs: he is a preeminent Honda mechanic with decades of experience, and his prices are more than reasonable. I recommend it 100%. He is an excellent person, quite professional, very patient and with a lot of knowledge in his field. It is difficult to get a person that you can trust to repair a car but you must not worry, your car will be in great hands with him. From now on I am recommending him among my friends and family.
