Johnattan deserves the recognition. He recently did whole list of things but I want to highlight my car’s suspension, power steering pump, and most importantly—the AC compressor, which couldn’t have been more crucial with this NYC heat wave. Had a great first experience with Johnathan. He came and made a very good impression, diagnosed a few issues and left. I was so sure I’d use him for the repair that I paid him extra for the diagnosis because I knew it would count towards the repairs. He took about a week to get me a quote after and then when I accepted the quote I never heard from Him again. 3 weeks later and still no word.
