I wasn’t at all sure of what to expect with an install of a walk-in tub by Independent home. I was told the tub would be installed in a day, with all pieces removed or put together in a way that allows water to work magic in my tub area. My installer, Devonte was on my front porch with his tools, equipment and his partner. They entered and I had lot of questions. We had nothing short of an excellent experience with independent home. From the appointment with Bill, exploring the options for what tub would fit best for us, to the installation of the tub, it was overall a very pleasant and easy process that we were very pleased with. We absolutely love the tub and look forward to using it.
This review will express the pros and cons of the sales, installation, product review and customer service. First the sales and installation. Both the sales and installation were more than satisfactory. As far as the sales presentation, there was an immediate $750 credit applied to the overall price. This credit was specifically earmarked for purchase of a larger hot water tank, if needed.
