The installation crew was very courteous kept up cleanliness showed us all the way through the process and even corrected a section that we needed changed. Our salesperson was courteous but we were not happy that he did not convey to the company that we wanted the walls done differently. When taking out the old tub we wanted togain as much space as we could. The installation team changed what they could. Just had this Dignity Spa installed yesterday. Total game changer. I just soaked in the spa with the micro bubbles feature and my skin feels like butter. I can't wait to home today just to use the vibro massage feature and watch the Thursday Night NFL game today. Life is great!!!
