We had a stair chair lift installed 3/21 and they did an amazing job this weekend the chair stopped working I sent an email and by 10 Monday morning they were here and fixed the problem. It was an hour drive to my house. I can't even put into words how grateful I am. Above and beyond service and outstanding customer service. Thank you so much.

Independent home solution's returned to fix Our chairlift problems. RICK NOLL AND HELPERreturned and spent two hours,diagnosed and repaired our chair lift. It needed a circuit board,and brake. Job very well done. We kindly thank everyone involved. Rick is definitely mr chairlift this guy knows his job. Top notch salesman,installer and service. Make no mistakes Rick is the man

When my husband and I contacted IHS about a stairlift for our home, Rick Noll responded promptly and met with us to describe our options. He was very informative, pleasant, and helpful. We had our stairlift installed today. Rick and his team member removed a door blocking access to our stairs and completed the installation very efficiently. The product looks good and works well. We highly recommend IHS.
