We had a tub to shower conversion and installation of a ceiling hoist system. From initial consultation to final installation, the service and attention to detail was excellent from this team. Darren was very attentive to our requests and had great suggestions on ways to accomplish them. Every crew was skilled and friendly and very concerned about great customer service. I highly recommend IHS for those of us aging-in-place. They will make sure you are happy and satisfied with their work.
They had a quick response with a quote and quick and professional installation. There was a minor glitch that didn't impact usability that was corrected on the very same day. My mom and her adorable poodle are both delighted. A few years later and I wish I could give more stars. Quick and professional repair call.

We had a stair chair lift installed 3/21 and they did an amazing job this weekend the chair stopped working I sent an email and by 10 Monday morning they were here and fixed the problem. Independent home solution's returned to fix Our chairlift problems. RICK NOLL AND HELPERreturned and spent two hours,diagnosed and repaired our chair lift. It needed a circuit board,and brake.
