This is a great job to work for I love the client I have and every time I have a question they answer me right away and if there's and emergency they don't hold it against you I would recommend working for IHHC 10/10 the clients are amazing and the managers and supervisors are great with their employees ❤️
I will be contacting an attorney. My landlord is now charging a late fee because this company decided to send a paper check because my fiancée went over hours by 1 hour. So instead of still direct deposit they just decided to send a paper check by mail. Which my insurance company isn't even sure why the nursing company did that. My fiancée works for this company as my HHA, every so often she goes over hours by an hour or two and it is because of my own issues. Well when that happens the company decides to pay with a paper check instead of direct deposit which causes major issues in our bills, rent, etc. The company states they require to do a paper check as they aren't able to pay overages. It's bad enough no one wants to be a home health aide these days because companies don't pay enough but with BS like this it's no wonder no one wanted to help me... read more
I have been working with this company for almost 3 years now and I absolutely love it my clients are like my family and it makes the job worth while! I would highly recommend this company to anyone! Shaya is one of the best managers that i have ever had he is very accommodating and understanding. He cares about his clients as much as his employees and the clients families do this has been one of the absolute best home health companies I have worked for!
Would love to ask the people giving them high marks what services they used this agency for. They have yet to assign an aide for our family that shows up. We an aide who called off on her first night of work They’ve sent aides who don’t even know how to use a lift. Do they pay too low? Do they not screen properly? We have yet to see anything worthy of more than one star. Would not recommend.
