I called Independent Heating & Air Conditioning at 8:30pm on a terribly hot day due to an HVAC issue. The team was not available to come out to my location immediately but walked me through troubleshooting steps over the phone. My problem was solved in 30 mins and the air was kicking again. Thankful they went above and beyond to help me out.
Experiences with them made me really appreciate it-- very honest, very good at fixing and maintaining heating and cooling systems. They did a superb job fixing my two furnaces as well as my external cooling units. They honored a coupon which I had received in the mail, gave me a better quote than others, and then went on to do a great job. I really recommend them unreservedly.
They communicate if there is any delay in getting to you at the agreed time. Everything is explained and you only get the services that you ask for or need. Nobody tries to push more services or things that you don't need. Very honest and respectful!
When our AC stopped working, we called Independent Heating & Air Conditioning and they came over the next day. Marvin and his assistant checked all equipment inside and outside on the roof. They let me know what was needed and the cost before proceeding. I appreciated their honesty and professionalism and the quick turnaround time.
Marvin called ahead of time (which is always appreciated since I have two dogs) to let me know he’d be arriving in 25 minutes. He was kind, courteous and made me feel at ease with any questions I had. He also mentioned the service maintenance program (which we’ll take a peek at). We’ll see you in spring, Marvin, for our AC check up.
