Terrible - do not use this company! Received a valuation for my engagement ring, which is heavily over valued, and they got the weight of the diamonds in my band incorrect. I know this for a fact, as I kept my original band (only upgrade the middle diamond) and have the original valuation, which notes 0.22ct and IGL claim it’s only 0.10ct. Complete waste of money and now I’m required to get a new valuation - to avoid my insurance premium being too high.
