Woke up at 3am on a Sunday morning with a cold house . Called Independent Energy and my call was promptly answered. Attempted simple trouble shooting over the phone but the issue persisted. I was notified someone would be on the way to investigate further. Service repair arrived in less than an hour and had everything up and running in no time. Very impressed with the prompt service and would definitely recommend to others.
Be Aware! This Company will install things incorrectly and against the code and not own up to their errors.
