I have a 15 year old Dumbwaiter in my house. For about 5 years, it's been making horrible (possibly terminal sounding) noises on descent. Chris sent a great crew about 100 miles to my house. Bill and Dylan were extremely professional and competant. They FIXED it! I could not be more pleased. They are not cheap, but they ARE worth it.
A great team and excellent work with residential elevators, wheel chair lifts, and a lot more. As someone who used to live in the Burlington area I highly recommend them to anyone in the Carolinas needing help with accessibility products and services.
