I didn't have a choice as my custom home builder is contracted with Independent Electric.Patrick Hay talked me out of what I wanted and what I got, even though I signed off on it is not conducive to my needs and the lights are not adjustable. I spoke up immediately to my builder and selection specialist and have even left messages at I.E. and Patrick will not return my calls. They replaced a panel for the previous owner of a house that I’m working on (I’m a REAL electrical contractor). They used 20 amp breakers for 6 branch circuits that were wired with 14 gauge wire. The wire size is too small for 20 amp breakers and should be on 15 amp breakers. This is a huge fire hazard. Also, several neutral wires and hots were not tightened down under the terminal screws.
