We had Matt from Independent Door Services come out to fix our garage door after recently moving. There was something not quite right with it that we unfortunately hadn’t picked up on the pre-purchase inspection. Matt’s customer service was second to none - he replied promptly when I initially contacted him and then was able to squeeze us in the next day which was an added bonus. Matt was great, we put in a call on Tuesday and he was on site on Thursday, he was honest with his opinion and always conscious of our budget. He did a great job and even went a little further than requested. Effcient service at a great price.
