I purchased a coin operated washer/dryer combo for my apartment building several years ago from Independent Laundry and their customer service has been exceptional since day one. Any time I’ve had an issue with the machine (which were almost always due to the tenants misusing it ie: jamming the coin slot, etc) they set up a service call within days of my request.
