Big thanks to Behan for helping us navigate a pretty messy situation. We were close to starting with a builder that ended up going into administration, but Behan stepped in and got us switched over to a new company just in time. Because of his advice, we're actually building right now rather than waiting around for insurance claims and legal stuff. Having his industry knowledge in our corner saved us a massive headache. If you're building in WA, he’s definitely worth a shout.

I have just come from reviewing a failed project from this company. Their clients are in tears - losing money and left with a house only half finished. I see all the old reviews are glowing - or perhaps they are from friends and family ? Funny isn't it ! - I have just finished reviewing 11 emails from you, all on a project in South Perth - do you now suddenly remember ? We will be assessing the costs to complete the works - unless you intend to ?

I have recently renovated my family home without the help of a builder. “Independent building solutions” saw my house was under construction and took it upon themselves to install their sign at the front of my house claiming the renovation as their own. These people are a complete disgrace, taking credit for work they haven’t completed. Don’t trust a thing they tell you, complete frauds.

The news was filled with builders going bust. We wanted to build and get the house we wanted, and avoid buying established, which required competing with 20 others wanting to buy who were paying $200k over the asking price and it required $50k of maintenance. IBA found the builders who do quality work, happy customers and a pipeline of new customers ready to build a new house. We are early in our build, and we are so happy we have IBA on my side to help navigate and provide their experience.
