We found IBA at a Home Show in Perth while walking around overwhelmed by all the options for buying or building. If you don't know where to start with a new build or renovation, start with IBA. Before coming to Independent Building Advice, we went direct to a major builder who flat out couldn't work to our budget. Amanda worked closely with us to design the renovation we wanted, she gave us some really clever design options we hadn't considered. Big thanks to Behan for helping us navigate a pretty messy situation. We were close to starting with a builder that ended up going into administration, but Behan stepped in and got us switched over to a new company just in time. Because of his advice, we're actually building right now rather than waiting around for insurance claims and legal stuff. Having his industry knowledge in our corner saved us a massive headache. If you're building in WA, he’s definitely worth a shout.
