DO NOT USE THIS FIRM! THEY ARE TERRIBLE. My wife has had several medical issues lately. All of a sudden we were getting billed for items that were covered by insurance in the past. We found out that this firm totally screwed up my wife’s insurance. We are actually paying for a policy that she is getting no benefits from. When I contacted the firm, they were totally unsympathetic to our situation. Now we have a real mess on our hands that we will have to figure out ourselves. I should sue the agency for malpractice.
