I have been going to the traverse city Garfield rd branch for the last 9 years maybe once a month to get change.. (break an $100) never had an issue the girls behind the counter. Today I had to break a 100 and the lady behind the counter was very rude when she asked if I myself or my company had an account. I don't, and when I told her that she got even ruder to me and told me I had to have an account to be able to get change I told her I would have no problem opening one because if thats the only way to get change and other... read more
