I personally don’t gain to much benefit from having an Independent Bank account, I just don’t utilize their rewards and benefits too often, but their staff is what keeps me around! They are all so nice all the time. Banking can be stressful from time to time and they’ve always helped me. Especially Tina, she’s the best!
