The employees are very helpful, but the hours of the bank on the parkway really lack. They’re not open at all on weekends and close at 4:30 during the week. That does not give a lot of people time to get there before they close, including me.
Brian was awesome. He got me set up with a checking account in less than 20 minutes and answered all of my questions. I recommend him and I recommend this bank! Thanks Brian!
Garfield branch has the rudest ladys working there.. the short girl that just came back from leave is great but the rest are legit the worst to deal with.. ill never be back.
Our small business banked with IB since they bought out Traverse City State Bank 20 plus years ago. We sold our business in January 2024 and kept our Corporate name for 6 mos. to insure we wd have plenty of time for bills, checks etc to come in. In August we closed the account. The federal government sent a treasury check 1 week after we closed the account. I attempted to cash it at IB. They refused because we closed the acct. No one will cash this check.
