My family has banked with this location for 20+ years. In the beginning they were great local people and there were never any issues, it was actually pleasant to come into this branch and conduct business. Speed up to current day and this place is a nightmare. Their online banking is an absolute joke, it's like banking in the stone age.( Screens never have full view and are visibily out of date in the year 2025.) Been banking at this location now for 5 years and the couple times I had issues they quickly solved them including when mystupid self overdrafted by .35 cents lol they reversed the overdraft fee for me. I'm very happy banking here!
