Talked to Steven today at your location. What an incredibly disappointing experience. Customer service goes a long way, and your customer pays your paycheck, think about that the next time you don't have the "time" to help a customer.
The only Independent Bank downtown and your closed on the weekend It would be nice if you guys where open on Saturday till noon at least, like the other sorrounding Independent Bank's. Other than that its a small space, kind of dug the old spot across the road more.
