New cards don’t work so don’t waist your time. Service sucks and so does the banking.
Open on Saturday - drive thru only . No purpose in being open if they can’t cash checks over 4,000 . Bunch of idiots.
At one time this was a bank location that offered a great service and value. Now they have changed hands and are now associated with Independent Bank and it is one of the worst banks I have dealt with. The on line service is pathetic at best as you have no visibility of pending transaction making their on line service completely worthless. In my opinion, they make Guaranty Bank look like a god send.
