I brought my car in after all of my dashboard lights came on. That’s when they found out that the previous owner had installed an illegal part to hide a failing catalytic converter. Instead of pressuring me to pay for an immediate repair, they encouraged me to submit a support ticket with Subaru of America, since the issue could potentially fall under warranty. These guys are amazing. I had a major issue with my Chevy suburban that another shop could not fix. Independent auto diagnosed, and resolved all of my issues quickly and most importantly, affordably! These guys have great communication with their customers and rest assured they can work on any vehicle, not just Subarus! I won’t be going anywhere else for my vehicle repair needs!

I can’t say enough about everyone at Independent Auto. Jared and Jessie are so knowledgeable- fair- and professional. Melissa great front office. From one small business owner to another, I understand what it takes to run a business and these guys are doing it right. They take great care of two of my vehicles— one a specialized vintage FJ Land Cruiser and the other my every day Toyota 4 Runner. I wouldn’t trust anyone else. Thanks guys!!
