Useless...Came out, checked the unit. Said everything looks good here. Told my rental company the same. Not once did anyone reach out and actually ask what's going on, what's the unit doing or not doing.
Eddie from Independent Air was a lifesaver! He came out to my client’s home in the middle of a hot summer day, responded quickly, and got the job done fast. Another company had already come out but couldn’t fix the issue—Eddie diagnosed and repaired it on the spot. Super professional, knowledgeable, and reliable. I am so pleased with this company. I had an appointment with another AC company who failed to show or call. My husband is disabled and doesn’t tolerate the heat well. I contacted this company and he worked me in on the same day! Eddie was polite and respectful. He got right to work and had us up and running in no time.
