Can't recommend these guys highly enough! They really saved our bacon last year after the cyclone hit (this review is long overdue), when no one was available to help us. Our entire ducted system along with our electrical box had been wiped out, Victor and his team came out straight away and were so accomodating and helpful, we really wouldn't have survived another few months of QLD weather without them. I highly recommend Independent Air Conditioning. Johnny diagnosed our ducted Hitachi system properly after other contractors suggested replacement. He found a disconnected capacitor cable at the rooftop unit, reconnected it, and the system immediately worked perfectly again. No errors and no replacement needed. Professional, honest, and great value. Would definitely use them again.
