Second time I have used them now, friendly bunch who communicate very well and work with you to get the job done. Fair price and good job.
Used this company a few times, so I booked them again, they didn't turn up or contact me, days passed so I contacted them only to be told they had forgotten to contact me to reschedule. Tried to reschedule to times that suit me and they could not seem to make that work. Now we have sourced out another company. Its not hard to reach out to existing bookings and reschedule them if your having internal issues.

Can't recommend these guys highly enough! They really saved our bacon last year after the cyclone hit (this review is long overdue), when no one was available to help us. Our entire ducted system along with our electrical box had been wiped out, Victor and his team came out straight away and were so accomodating and helpful, we really wouldn't have survived another few months of QLD weather without them.
