I brought in my wife's EVOLUTION walker as it had an issue with the brakes. Darren worked on it, could not resolve the problem, but then arranged to have the walker sent back to the manufacturer - in BC - for them to repair as it was under warranty. Darren let me know when it came back - fully repaired. All at no charge. 5-star service, 5-star diligence and 5-star care for the customer. Thank you.
