Absolutely superb service provided by Darren!!! He struggled without complaint, in assembling a new cup holder accessory to my walker. A wonderful store with wide selection! I will definitely be returning in future to the store, and will look forward to Darren‘s excellent expertise!

I brought in my wife's EVOLUTION walker as it had an issue with the brakes. Darren worked on it, could not resolve the problem, but then arranged to have the walker sent back to the manufacturer - in BC - for them to repair as it was under warranty. Darren let me know when it came back - fully repaired. All at no charge. 5-star service, 5-star diligence and 5-star care for the customer. Thank you.

I highly recommend Darren at Independent Abilities Group. Our family needed a motorized scooter for our mother and Darren was so helpful from start to finish. He made excellent recommendations and helped our mom keep her independence. Thank you Darren !
