I was walking through the common area yesterday and your staff member Julie . I Ilooked at her badge to see who she was and she was talking to a lady in a pink jacket and in a wheelchair the lady asked her how she likes working here Julie said she loves it! I’m an Amazon employee! You can tell she loves her job! I sure do ! I don’t even know her!
I was in visiting a friend yesterday and Julie in life enrichment was making the residents smile and laughing and encouraging them to participate in her activities! When I was leaving she was sitting down with the men around 1:30 she had them laughing! Keep this girl she is doing amazing job and I can tell she loves her job so very much! I have been completely satisfied with having my family member at Independence Village of White Lake. The staff, meals, care and personal attention that is provided is exceptional. The Executive Director Stephanie and the Nurse Director, Donna both go above and beyond to spend time with residents and make them a part of their family at the Village. Pandora gave an excellent and welcoming tour of the facility. Clean, accommodating, offering a variety of activities. Definitely considering it for my loved one.
Pandora, the community specialist, was absolutely amazing. She was informative and a complete delight to talk to. I felt completely comfortable with both the beautiful community they have and the staff. She personally vouched for their care team. I feel comfortable bringing one of the most important persons in ours lives there, for her care as she ages. Thank you. I’m almost positive we will be seeing you soon.
