Staff were friendly. Dental hygienist Miller did a great job.
I can't say enough about the great service I received from Village Dental. This practice caters to those who have major anxiety just thinking about the dentist! The staff and dentist never made me ashamed of the extensive dental work I need. Before I discovered this amazing place, I avoided the dentist at all cost. Their sedation services are the best and one of the reason I drive from Alamance County to Raleigh.
Went in with a broken tooth. Got it taken care of same day and found a new dentist. Staff was amazing and very thorough and in. Highly recommend
I’ve always hesitant to go to the dentist , the staff were very warm from the Receptionist to the dr. Wait time wasn’t bad , clean environment and friendly staff . Great experience overall

All the staff was very friendly and the dentist and dentist assistant were very professional and efficient
Met with Dr. Hyer, Dawn, Bri, and Jessica. Everyone was extremely polite. Entire first visit was free. Included xrays and exam. No hidden fees. Answered all questions and were able to explain everything in layman's terms. Was treated with respect and kindness. Listened to everything I had to say. Were upfront about costs of recommended procedures in consultation (which was free). No pressure. Allowed me to go home and make an informed decision. Definitely would recommend to anyone.
At the eleventh hour I was notified that my 50th high school reunion was going to be held in five weeks. I could not attend with my ugly smile and needed some quick professional dental help. I went online Saturday morning and filled out an appointment request; was called by Lauren at Village Dental Olde Raleigh first thing Monday; got an appointment at 1 o'clock that day; and walked out at 3:30 with a beautiful smile!! my husband and I have been a client for about 7 years, we moved away but always drive up 2 hrs to this dental office. in all our experience, this is the best team of dr's, staff, and modern equipment. dr's and staff are extremely knowledgeable, professional, and caring in every way. above all, the prices are better than other offices and their work is trustworthy, every time.
