It is always an absolute awesome experience to visit Village Dental at Olde Raleigh. It is like a day at the spa, only better. Staff is so friendly, helpful and positive. Their energy is infectious. They explain procedures and provide treatment plans. They provide immediate emergency appointments. Just a great overall experience.
From the time you arrive the front staff is so friendly and they go above and beyond to help you. The dental hygienists and doctors are all amazing and the best at what they do. #1 in Raleigh and beyond!!
Dr Martin and tech came in @ 8:00 pm for a toothache and performed emergency procedure to relieve that pain. Prescribed meds and called to check at 10:00 pm. Great , caring service!!
This practice has customer service down to perfection! I'm sure there are plenty of great dentists in the area but the level of customer service, and expertise given from Dr Hyer and Nicole is rare. I called Thurs. with swelling and pain in my gum, from what ended up being a popcorn kernel lodged deep- causing havoc, and they made room to fit me in Friday. Megan and Brooke was phenomenal! So was Dr. Highly. Usually I am very anxious at dental offices and they put me at complete ease. I would highly recommend this office to my friends and family. I will be switching dental offices in the near future to come to Village Dental for all my care.
