This place is horrible, the management doesn't care about the residents at all. Maggie Quinn the Executive director only cares about her job status. I was fired after a person working in the kitchen tested postive for covid. They did nothing about it at all. There was no cleaning or anything the health department said to do. Instead I lost my job because I didn't feel comfortable being around our residents and maybe infecting everybody else. But it's all about money for this corporate place. Wonderful helpful staff. Residence are respected as an individual and are independent, and comfortable in their apartments.
After attending SEVERAL walk thrus at several other communities , asking lots of questions, crunching the numbers with our financial person, and last but not least - factoring in mom’s desire to have activities available onsite as well as a private home space- this place got our vote. This was over two years ago now. The staff and other residents have become friends and family to us.
