$6300 will be the total on the Assisted side, called The Harbors by the time you add room, board and then resident aide costs. The turnover is high for resident aides - good ones keep leaving. Understaffed as this is an UNLICENSED facility meaning no oversight except a Corporation worried about the bottom line. Pull cords are in each room for help and response time can be terrible at times. If you need an aide, go out on the side of the building by the dumpster and you'll more than likely find one or two there smoking. Be careful - do your due diligence and compare with other facilities.

WOLF IN SHEEP'S CLOTHING. be careful. The Harbor's or Assisted side is UNLICENSED and it shows. Understaffed, high turnover and absenteeism. Do your due diligence as resident aid / resident ratio should be in your questions. Resident Aids cover the entire building both sides. The building at times shows good - however big issues over the last few years and the maintenance Director position turns over also. The Independent side includes a continental breakfast - items not available many days - ie. bananas and tuff luck. Expensive not necessarily better ... and Independent Village ain't cheap.
