Understaffed as this is an UNLICENSED facility meaning no oversight except a Corporation worried about the bottom line. WOLF IN SHEEP'S CLOTHING. be careful. The Harbor's or Assisted side is UNLICENSED and it shows. Understaffed, high turnover and absenteeism. Do your due diligence as resident aid / resident ratio should be in your questions. Resident Aids cover the entire building both sides. The building at times shows good - however big issues over the last few years and the maintenance Director position turns over also.
