Friendly & attentive staff, clean & bright facilities, full of happy & well cared for residents :)
This community is the best around! I have been working here for a month and I feel very welcomed by all of the employees and especially the residents! The facility is kept up very nice with housekeeping staff here on a daily basis! The favorite part of my job as a receptionist, I get to associate and talk to the residents on a daily basis! So many great things I can say about this place. The staff is so friendly and attentive to the residents. It's always clean. And everyone is smiling. All signs of a wonderful environment if you ask me. Thank you for always being great!
Independence Village is a wonderful senior community in Midland, MI. We attended a Food Truck Friday event with our food trailer "What About Waffles!?" The event was fantastic; Independence Village brought in a DJ and encouraged dancing and fun for the community. The staff are so kind, gentle and warm toward their residents. The residents love their home. The building is gorgeous and sprawling.
