Abby and the entire team supported us in every aspect of transitioning my loved one into his apartment. They truly cared about his well being and went out of their way even through text messages late at night, weekends and holidays to assist us. The food was very good, much better than local restaurants. They checked on him every two hours and if needed would contact family if it was necessary. Holiday WinterVillage is a wonderful home for my brother with Down Syndrome. The staff are amazing and treat him like he is their own brother. Having his room cleaned weekly and 3 great meals a day are exactly what he needs to help him with his independence.
My brother moved into Winter Village a little over a year ago. The staff and residents have embraced him as one of their family! I am so thankful that he has the opportunity to live independently and appreciate that the staff looks out for him. It takes a tremendous weight off my shoulders knowing he is in a loving environment! Thank you Winter Village staff and residents!!
