We have had a wonderful experience with Winter Village. The entire tour and lease signing process was a breeze. The move in process was easy and very welcoming and the staff answered all of our questions with patience. The dining room staff and food has been great and we have been able to attend a variety of fun activities. The care services were easy to setup and staff has been attentive. 10/10 recommend
I moved to Winter Village on March 31st, 2025, with my friend, Carol, another widow to share a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment. Since our arrival, Abbey, head sales associate, was very warm and friendly explaining what would entail renting an apartment here. Sarah gave us the tour throughout the building, she also was warm and very accommodating with answers to our many questions. This retirement community is truly beautiful, with a warm and inviting atmosphere. The staff are exceptionally welcoming, and the residents radiate happiness!
