This review is for the property management company ELS properties. Before they took over, the previous owner took care of his people. Now this company has taken over (in the last couple years and has raised rent 3 times in 2 years, as well as poorly managed severe weather. My mother and father live here and yesterday my father went to help his neighbor out of her house and he himself slipped due to poorly managed sidewalks. I have lived here for 6 years. I moved into a new unit. These really are very nice villas. Great neighbors. It’s a community, yet I can make my villa my own inside and out. Maintenance upkeep and repairs are made quickly and are cleaned up after. I recommend this living to people I know and meet. It’s worth checking out. Jennifer is there to make things simple.
Just moved there but so far everyone is nice and seem to be on top of things.
Lived there for 1 yr until I moved to Washington for a State Subsidized Apartment. Independence Valley is run and owned by good people, who always keep the complex looking great and respond right away to fix things or address problems. However traffic on highway is always loud.
