Good for what it is. Need a little more security for the residents here but otherwise, not bad.
This review is for the property management company ELS properties. Before they took over, the previous owner took care of his people. Now this company has taken over (in the last couple years and has raised rent 3 times in 2 years, as well as poorly managed severe weather. My mother and father live here and yesterday my father went to help his neighbor out of her house and he himself slipped due to poorly managed sidewalks.
