This was the first time using a travel agency. We were booking a trip out of the country and I wanted to work with someone that could help us with all the basics that we didn’t know. We worked with Corinne and while she did find us a good deal on a charter flight she was very hard to communicate with. I would often have to email her several times before getting answers to simple questions. I dont recommend this place for the most part. The agents gave me the impression they didnt know how to do their job. I booked with a group and was not sent my own confirmation. My information was sent to other people who were going on the trip. They did not respond in a timely manner. I felt that if paid I should have my own receipt and information sent to own email.

Booked a girls trip to Vegas and have had issues from the start. Not getting confirmation numbers until the day before the flight.Never was informed of when the balance was due, when confirmation numbers were sent there were no names attached and we had to call the airline to figure out whose confirmation was who and didn't send emails to appropriate people on the trip.We're leaving today 6/10/18 and one of the ladies was having trouble checking in for our departing flight and called the airline and was told Corinne Smith ca... read more
