"I was very disappointed with Independence Title-- Colleyville my experience at this place , poor investment flow.. Lack of responsiveness. Last-minute errors , Rude or dismissive staff, , last one Apparent lack of knowledge. No information explain, rude ! They made everything smooth and stress-free, and their attention to detail really stood out. I appreciated how clearly they explained everything and how responsive they were to any questions. STAY FAR AWAY from this company! We just found out that we have a “private transfer fee” associated with our property that we were NEVER told about but we apparently signed a document saying we understood it at closing. If we truly understood what that meant, we wouldn’t have bought this home! UNREAL! What this company did to us was totally unethical. I should’ve done this review when we closed our house with them 3 years ago. Their staff are the friendliest and the most accommodating especially Dee the receptionist. Heather Awtrey is the best. She is very knowledgeable and so good at what she does. So if you want a title company for your real estate needs, Independence Title is your title company. Thank you for a great service.
