I am working with Independence Title based on the agent selling my home saying they are “the best” to work with in Colleyville. Total joke. I asked my agent to have them prepare a couple of special provisions in my sales contract. Upon receipt of my settlement statement, I had been charged for their 3rd party counsel to “prepare” this. I had a great experience working with Independence Title! Heather was absolutely wonderful - very clear, communicative, and on top of every detail. Closing went smoothly, and she did an excellent job explaining everything to my clients in a way that left them with very few questions at the end.
