This title company was consistently condescending and racist, reflecting an attitude common throughout the Frisco/Plano area. Whenever I asked for additional details or clarifications, my requests were routinely ignored. Often, they would respond only to our Anglo realtor. I'm grateful we've moved down to the Valley, where we feel genuinely welcomed.
