This title company made scheduling closing a complete and total mess. We did not have our closing time and location finalized until it was already within 24 hours of closing time. The communication was slow despite it being explicitly stated it was urgent to get the closing time finalized.
I had an excellent experience with Vellani Law. They are knowledgeable, prompt with their communication, thorough and highly professional. Faisal and Khatidja went above and beyond for our business needs. Vellani Law is our preferred provider for Title and Legal needs!
I did not appreciate Independence Title not being able to work with other Title companies to simply get the signatures. Had to spend a substantial amount of time with the remote notary etc.
