My husband and I just closed our refinancing loan with this company! Sue and her team of ladies are awesome! They were quick, efficient and supportive throughout the whole process. They gave us frequent updates, helped us through some issues that came up with our title, and helped us to close early to avoid a holiday delaying it! Our closing appointment started on time, and was completed quickly which was great as we both work two jobs! I would highly recommend this office for any of your title needs!

I have used Independence Title on my last 4 real estate transactions over the last 10 years. They have always been super helpful and very knowledgeable about the paper work they presented me at closing. Would refer anyone to them that is looking to close on a real estate transaction.
We had a great experience with Independence Title. We relocated to Maryville recently and we had some difficulties during travel that delayed us. The staff at Independence Title stayed long after hours to make sure that our closing happened and we could take possession of the property that we just purchased. Title company said doc and prep fees would be one price and hours before close when closing statement was sent they were higher. When I called and spoke with them they became irate and told me they were more than happy to call buyer and tell them that seller would not sign paperwork. They knew what they were doing when they agreed to one price and knew I would not have a choice when it came down to closing date if they charged me more.
