Horrible horrible do not move here if you value your sanity you will go crazy dealing with maintenance they are totally out of control. Not only are the prices Insane so is the lady who thinks shes in charge. Every 6 months they have someone new in the office and they get worse each time. We’ve lived in this community for a long time, and haven’t had too many issues with our association over the years. However, recently our maintenance fees have steadily increased while the quality of service has gone in the opposite direction. The community is in charge of our landscaping and we have bushes in front of our house that are both dying and unsightly. You spend tons of money of maintenance fees that they don’t maintain anything. Especially when it comes to snow. It’s a waste of money. Then they take your stairs down on a different day then they state and make you miss two days of work. Hearing from my lawyer for this one.
I like this Area and I'm not picky. Outdated, needing maintenance iv been through, and I have seen worse. my landlord gave my partner in a previous associate we live with a chance. I had recently moved into central New Jersey from north this year in the beginning of 2022. I was forced to vacate previously to my current residency with no legal violation.
