I am extremely frustrated and dissatisfied with the ongoing conditions at this property and the lack of adequate management and maintenance services. Iam so THANKFUL for Independence Square! Ms.Joseline and Nicole are very professional and friendly and Iam appreciative of them so much!! The property is well kept and they even have a new pool! If you are looking for a place to become independent this the place to be. It’s very family oriented and a majority of neighbors are very polite and friendly. I am honestly beyond frustrated with the conditions and management at Independent Square. The ongoing issues with roaches, maintenance, and management have become completely unacceptable. Not only are residents dealing with recurring roach infestations, but there currently does not appear to be enough maintenance staff to properly address residents’ concerns. Independence Square saying that they have a pool is false advertising. In the 3 years that I lived in there, that pool has always been closed.
Independence Square Apts are great in my opinion, They work with you especially if your honest and straight forward. They give you and opportunity to regain Independence by giving you a home you can be proud of. I love the property it feels like home.
