Rich did a great job during the intake to determine the root cause of my pain and then developing a comprehensive strength and conditioning therapy plan.
Richard’s knowledge and understanding of the body is truly remarkable! He spent time collecting a thorough history and showed my husband easy, functional exercises that he could do wherever he is! My husband’s life went from constant low back pain and upper back pain to pretty much pain free! The tools that Richard taught him have gotten my husband out of 2 bad flare-ups. Implementing the tools and exercises that Richard taught my husband have changed his life!
Rich is a wizard. He helped me recover my health and quality of life. I was suffering from multiple herniated discs in my neck which caused excruciating pain as well as peripheral neuropathy and weakness down my entire arm. Rich taught me techniques to manage the condition without surgery. I have been pain and symptom free for almost a year, and Rich taught me exactly what to do whenever I get a little twinge. He’s the best!!!
I have had a chronic back issues for about 10 years. I tried quite a few different avenues to heal it but it always comes back and no chiropractor or doctor could really give me a good solution. I visited Rich about 6 months ago in hopes he could cure me. Turns out the reality is that it is an injury that probably won't be cured completely ever with my active life style (Weight Training, Ice Hockey, Jiu Jitsu).
