We have been to a very well-known national RV service center in Atlanta and we’re disappointed twice for service on our 2018 Dutchstar Went to General RV to get the areas that were supposedly repaired redone along with some additional regular maintenance service..Can’t tell you how pleased I am with the service and the attention/communication that the service advisor Warren Brown provided. extremely professional promptly communicated the status of the coach Will absolutely go back for any service on our Dutchstar
Everything was great except for loosing our lovable cat. The entire staff went looking for her. We finally found her in our old coach. Thank you for all you did for us. The staff was great.

I left my RV for repairs on March 18. I have heard nothing from this dealership although I have repeatedly called and left messages to a phone system that only told me that they operator is not available and to leave a message. I have yet to receive a response. I am very unhappy with the service at this dealership. It was previously Independence RV and had great service and a wonderful reputation not so any longer.
Our experience with the entire team at General RV exceeded our expectations.From the first conversation, to our final wave goodbye the team was a pleasure towork with. Malcom (our salesman) was professional, knowledgeable, and not aggressive in any way. Victor (Finance) was quick and efficient in finding us a much better rate than I had found.
