Bought a brand new last year model Open Range 5th wheel from General RV sight unseen. We paid for it at General RV in Michigan but it was going to be taken to our RV lot in Florida so we picked one from a Florida dealership. We were told people do that quite often and not to worry about it. I should have listened to my gut, we had good reason to worry! Tracy Carbone went above and beyond my expectations for a GRV Service Advisor. I was told by the Dover GRV that Winter Garden was a small service center. So not true.
