After having a baby I developed knee and hip pain during my runs. Shaun took the time & patience to help me find the perfect trail and road shoe that helped support my running form w/ post partum issues. I love them and my pain has gone away. I recently had a knee surgery and my physical therapist recommended I go to Independence Run & Hike to get evaluated for proper footwear. Not only am I a runner, but I have a very physical job doing trail work in the summers. I was so pleased with the professionalism of the staff, the attention I was given, and the products available. I was able to take my time and not feel rushed in trying on (and re-trying) different shoes, and the store was able to order in the size I need for convenient pick up later.
