IPS does landscaping and maintenance services at a condo community in Newtown Square. They use unsupervised workers that do not understand English or the use of Round Up (or other herbicides). The IPS crew used Roundup (or other herbicides) on ornamental edging grass as well as expensive second season turf leaving an unsightly dead mess.
