Russ from independence power an light is the rudest most disrespectful employee they have I offered to pay my bill in full an he told me no I can't offered to pay my bill an still shut my lights off with a 2 year old with the heat index over 100
"The utility company is prohibited from disconnecting service if the National Weather Service local forecast between 6:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. for the following 24 hours predicts that the temperature will rise above 95 degrees or the heat index is predicted to rise above 105 degrees." This is a law!!
This is sad how they are ripping people out and no one is doing anything about it they will tell you they have no record of you paying your bill and change you again they need to have a town meeting
