Avoid Independence Plaza & Stellar Management at All Costs After two years as a tenant at Independence Plaza in Tribeca, I can confidently say this building is not worth the sky-high rent or the constant headaches—largely thanks to the appalling behavior of Stellar Management staff, specifically Sheri Ramirez. Poor living conditions in these buildings. Management does nothing to resolve. Literally cigarettes on the floors.
MANAGEMENT IS AWFUL! To start, Maria V at leasing is so unprofessional and doesn’t know what is going on. Front desk is also clueless… they do not know how to answer any questions! I’ve lived here 2 years and for the price and location is not worth it compared to the other buildings around. AVOID
