Beautiful apartments. Great staff. Recommend this place!!
Poor living conditions in these buildings. Management does nothing to resolve. Literally cigarettes on the floors.
MANAGEMENT IS AWFUL! To start, Maria V at leasing is so unprofessional and doesn’t know what is going on. Front desk is also clueless… they do not know how to answer any questions! I’ve lived here 2 years and for the price and location is not worth it compared to the other buildings around. AVOID
Living over a year here and I love it. Onie is amazing, best doorman in NYC. Patty too.
