Very easy move . Leasing office strict but follow the directions given and everything went smooth. Great apartment. Great location.
Poor living conditions in these buildings. Management does nothing to resolve. Literally cigarettes on the floors.
Unorganized confusion. Only the " money"tenants get special treatment.
Some moving companies have begun refusing to service this building because it has become notorious for a leasing office and management staff that make things so difficult, even when you receive all prior approvals. I had several horrible experiences with a management team that seemed intent on adding extra steps of bureaucracy and hassle rather than being helpful.
I did not have a good experience interacting with the leasing office. I think because they are taking customers for granted. I found their rudeness unprofessional and want to share my experience with other prospect renters and let them know; You have other options close by and the same market price just much better and you do not have to put up with this office rudeness.
