We have been living here over 9 years and have seen many changes. Crystal, Katie, Jay, etc Josh and Mike are outstanding. Every concern or issue is looked into and taken care of almost immediately or within a short time. Improvements have been continuous and always done to make our homes better. I am always telling people of this place, and family and friends love to visit. Crystal is fantastic! It’s a resident’s dream knowing that any issue or need is addressed immediately and with care. It truly means a lot to me. She and the team are so reliable, always showing up to ensure we’re comfortable and safe. It’s a big reason why I’m not interested in living anywhere else!
