I just wanted to give a big thank you to Jay and the maintenance team! We had been having an issue with our heat, and Jay took care of it right away. Turns out the heating valve was closed! When I got home, I couldn’t believe the difference. The apartment was finally warm! I really appreciate how quickly Jay responded and got everything taken care of. It’s so nice to have a maintenance team you can count on. Thank you again, Jay! It really made a difference!
