I’ve lived here for two years now and can’t say enough great things. Whenever something breaks the turnaround time for the fix/replacement is quick and effective.
Working with Kaitlin through the renting process and move in day was an absolute painless process. Kaitlin is very professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. On the day I received the apartment keys, Kaitlin explained the various aspects of the Apartment complex (Amazon hub,Valet trash removal, intercom use, etc). We walked to my apartment, practiced using the intercom and then had a walkthrough of the apartment. I definitely look forward to living at Independence Place.
