Great staff and maintenance. Always helps with any needs.
I had put in a request to fix my microwave. Michael came, determined it was not able to be repaired, and it was replaced the next day. I was extremely pleased with the prompt response and Michael’s professional and pleasant manner. I have lived at Independence Place for 2 1/2 years and love it here.
If there were 10 stars, we would give all 10! Mike did a fantastic job today, in our apartment. We notified Jay this morning, and in no time at all, the job was completed, throughly and successfully! THANK YOU
