I am so thankful for Carissa. She always makes the time to understand how you are feeling between appointments and is very knowledgeable in her field. She will assess and make changes in care to help you on a path to full recovery. Most importantly, she truly cares about her patience.

My only criticism is they front loaded me with a bunch of appointments and the person behind the counter seemed a little annoyed that I was self discharging early. I get it, our health care system is for profit and they have a business they need to run but I have work to do too and I was feeling better. I did receive excellent care though.
I was hesitant to start pelvic floor physical therapy because it felt like such an invasive and uncomfortable topic to talk about. From the very first moments of meeting Christine, all of that hesitation disappeared. She immediately put me at ease, and our conversation felt natural, respectful, and genuinely supportive.
