My physical therapist provided me with excellent care, a diagnosis, and helped me fix the pain I was experiencing. My only criticism is they front loaded me with a bunch of appointments and the person behind the counter seemed a little annoyed that I was self discharging early. I get it, our health care system is for profit and they have a business they need to run but I have work to do too and I was feeling better. I did receive excellent care though.
I was hesitant to start pelvic floor physical therapy because it felt like such an invasive and uncomfortable topic to talk about. From the very first moments of meeting Christine, all of that hesitation disappeared. She immediately put me at ease, and our conversation felt natural, respectful, and genuinely supportive. Carissa is a true gift! I went into physical therapy thinking it was not going to be worthwhile, but wow was i wrong! Not only was Carissa able to help my shoulder (torn rotator cuff), but I didn't need surgery after a few months of PT & I have almost full range of motion of my shoulder & arm. Please consider setting Carissa or anyone on her team at Independence Therapy, they will always do their best to make you better!
Christine can be a wonderful help if you have pelvic floor problems. She’s knowledgeable, helpful and a pleasure to work with - and she’s very upbeat and energetic.
As a PT needing help as a patient, I was grateful for the care and expertise provided by Christine! I have let all my friends know about the quality of care given at this clinic. Independence Physical Therapy provided me with timely scheduling from initial referral and met my scheduling needs for follow up visits.
